General Contractor

Johal Corporation has developed  expertise as a general contractor. General contracting consists primarily of tendering bids on specific projects. Work must be carried out according to the plans and specifications on which Johal Corp has submitted an offer, while respecting stipulated prices and conditions. In these undertakings, Johal works under the authority of the consultants commissioned by the client. Johal Corp's responsibilities normally include:

• In-depth study of construction plans and specifications.
• Obtaining estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing an estimate and schedule for tender purposes.
• Execution of a stipulated Price Contract with the client.
• Carrying out the work itself.
• Respecting the contractual schedule.
• Approval of the work by the consultants mandated by the client.
• Final acceptance and delivery of the building to the client.
